Nelly & AK | San Francisco Embarcadero and Garage Engagement Session

It’s not often I get to photograph a couple at the same location where they first met.  When Nelly and AK told me where they had each other at AK’s auto shop, I had these images in my mind of photographing them at the shop.  I wasn’t sure how they would like the idea, but I had to ask.  Well, they agreed and after our quick session at the embarcadero, we headed off to his Auto shop in SF to relive their first moments together.  Of course their awesome dog got to enjoy the day with all of us as well.

Amanda & Greg | Chinatown and Legion of Honor Engagement Session

Amanda and Greg happened to get engagement in a truly remarkable place, The Great Wall of China.  When they told me they wanted an engagement session in Chinatown I was intrigued with the location because I have yet to shoot there.  Also, with all the colors and sights our San Francisco Chinatown had to offer the opportunities and moments were endless.  I’m looking forward to Amanda and Greg’s wedding in August, until then please enjoy.

Monica & Alex | Marin County Engagement Session

Photographing outdoors means you’re at the mercy of mother nature, and sometimes mother nature can make for some magical moments as well.  Monica and Alex planned to start their Engagement Session at the lighthouse just across the Golden Gate Bridge, but due to an unexpected fog rolling through on a warm weekend, we made our way down near the bridge and onto a stunning setting that resembles more country feel than a busy San Francisco.  We made our way up to Tiburon to enjoy the warm weather and stunning views.  I’m looking forward to photographing Monica and Alex’s summer wedding.
